How to create a new Rule in FabFunnel?
Steps
- Go to Automations → Rules.
- Click Create New Rule to open the setup screen.
Enter Basic Information 3. In Rule Name, add a clear name (e.g., Turn off low CTR ads). 4. (Optional) Add a Description to document the rule’s purpose/logic.
Select Traffic Sources 5. Choose the platforms this rule applies to: Facebook, Google, TikTok, NewsBreak.
- You may select multiple sources.
Choose Where to Apply 6. Set Apply On to one level: Flow, Campaign, Adset, or Ads. 7. If you chose Flow, pick the Sub-level (Campaign / Adset / Ads). 8. (Optional) Enable Apply to All Existing Assets to cover everything at that level.
Define Conditions 9. Add performance conditions that trigger the rule.
- Combine with AND (all must be true) or OR (any can be true).
Set Frequency & Timezone 10. Choose how often the rule runs (e.g., every 15 minutes, hourly, daily). 11. Select the Timezone for reporting. 12. Review Upcoming Occurrence to see the next run time(s).
Schedule the Rule 13. Set Start Date and End Date, or start immediately.
Save & Activate 14. Click Save Changes.
✅ Your rule is scheduled and will run based on the conditions and frequency you defined.
Use clear naming and a short description. Pair AND for guardrails (e.g., low CTR and enough spend) to avoid overreacting to noise.
How to review a Rule’s overview & logs?
Steps
- Open the rule in Automations → Rules.
- Check the Rule Overview (right side) for conditions, actions, schedule, and scope.
- Open Activity Logs to see when the rule ran and what actions it took.
✅ You can audit executions and verify the rule behaves as intended.

- Edit any fields if needed.
