How to launch Creatives on FabFunnel?

What you’ll need

  • Active FabFunnel account
  • Integrated ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok)
  • Creative assets (images/videos)
  • Basic campaign details (website URL, pixel, targeting info)

How to add creatives (four methods)

Method 1 — Upload from Local

Steps

  1. Go to Creatives → Creative Library → Images.
  2. Click Add Creative → Upload.
  3. Select files from your computer.
  4. Fill Headline, Primary Text, Description.
  5. Click Preview to check placements.
  6. Click Save.

✅ Your files are uploaded and saved to the Creative Library.


Method 2 — Import from Google Drive

Steps

  1. Go to Creatives → Creative Library → Images.
  2. Click Add Creative → Import from Google Drive.
  3. Connect Drive → Select files.
  4. Add text elements (Headline, Primary Text, Description).
  5. Click Save.

✅ Your Drive files are imported and saved to the Creative Library.


Method 3 — Import from Facebook

Steps

  1. Go to Creatives → Creative Library → Images.
  2. Click Add Creative → Import from Facebook.
  3. Browse existing posts or ad creatives.
  4. Verify URLs, UTMs, and Pixel firing.
  5. Click Publish (when launching from this flow) or Save to keep in Library.

✅ Facebook assets are ready for launch and monitoring.

Watch ad approval notifications and early performance to catch issues quickly (policy, placement crop, tracking).


Steps

  1. From your campaign setup, click Add Creative → Creative Library.

  2. Use filters to find assets: Creative Name, Format (static/video/carousel/dynamic), Date Added.

  3. Preview each creative to check:

    • Placement appearance (Feed, Stories, Right Column, etc.)
    • Mobile vs. desktop rendering
    • Whether Headline, Primary Text, Description, CTA are pre-filled
  4. Click Select to load into the ad configuration.

  5. Edit Headline / Primary Text / Description / CTA if needed.

  6. Preview again, then Save.

✅ A ready-to-launch creative is attached to your ad.

  • Headline = Hook
  • Primary Text = Core value proposition
  • Description = Credibility or urgency
  • CTA = The action you want now

How to create an Ad Group from the Creative Library

What is an Ad Group?

An Ad Group contains one or more ads. Each ad = Creative (image/video) + Headline + Primary Text + Description + CTA.

Steps

  1. Go to Creatives → Creative Library → Ad Group.
  2. Choose an existing Ad Group or Create New Ad Group.
  3. If creating new, select the creative(s) and enter the Titles/Headline, Primary Text, and Description as prompted.
  4. Save the Ad Group for use in launches.

✅ Your Ad Group is ready and reusable across campaigns.


How to start a launch from the Creative Library

Steps

  1. From Creative Library, attach your creative(s) or Ad Group to a launch.
  2. Proceed to BM & Ad Accounts.

How to enter Launch Settings (BM & Ad Accounts)

Steps

  1. Enter a Launch Name.

  2. Select Ad Account.

  3. Configure account details:

    • Page
    • Pixel (optional)
    • Website URL
    • URL Tags (UTMs) (if applicable)

✅ Launch settings saved for the selected ad account.

  • Ad Account: billing currency, timezone, policies.
  • Page: brand handle your audience sees.
  • Pixel: enables conversion optimization.
  • UTMs: preserve attribution for analytics.

How to choose a Targeting Template

Steps

  1. Pick a preset: Sales Campaign, Leads Campaign, Traffic Campaign.
  2. Or click Skip and start with new to define targeting manually.
  3. Click Proceed.

✅ Targeting base is selected.


How to fill Targeting Details (manual)

Steps

  1. Campaign Bid Strategy (e.g., Lowest Cost Without Cap).
  2. Campaign Objective (e.g., Leads).
  3. Budget Type: Ad Set (ABO) or Campaign (CBO).
  4. Budget: Daily or Lifetime.
  5. (Optional) Ad Set Spending Limits or Special Ad Category.
  6. Adset Location (e.g., United States); include/exclude regions.
  7. Customize audience targeting as needed.
  8. Click Proceed.

✅ Targeting configuration saved.


How to Preview & Launch

Steps

  1. Review the Launch Preview summary: BM, Ad Accounts, Campaigns, Ad Sets, Media, Text, Headline, Description, Budget (CBO/ABO).
  2. (Optional) Toggle Schedule Launch to delay start time.
  3. Click Launch to go live.

✅ Your campaign is live with the configured creatives, targeting, and budget.


Pre-launch checklist

  • Spelling/Grammar: No typos; copy is clear.
  • Formatting: No text cut-offs; images sized/cropped correctly.
  • Functionality: Links work; UTMs present; Pixel tracking active.

When a variant wins, save it back to the Creative Library (with tags) so you can relaunch or iterate quickly later.
