How to launch Creatives on FabFunnel?
What you’ll need
- Active FabFunnel account
- Integrated ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok)
- Creative assets (images/videos)
- Basic campaign details (website URL, pixel, targeting info)
How to add creatives (four methods)
Method 1 — Upload from Local
Steps
- Go to Creatives → Creative Library → Images.
- Click Add Creative → Upload.
- Select files from your computer.
- Fill Headline, Primary Text, Description.
- Click Preview to check placements.
- Click Save.
✅ Your files are uploaded and saved to the Creative Library.
Method 2 — Import from Google Drive
Steps
- Go to Creatives → Creative Library → Images.
- Click Add Creative → Import from Google Drive.
- Connect Drive → Select files.
- Add text elements (Headline, Primary Text, Description).
- Click Save.
✅ Your Drive files are imported and saved to the Creative Library.
Method 3 — Import from Facebook
Steps
- Go to Creatives → Creative Library → Images.
- Click Add Creative → Import from Facebook.
- Browse existing posts or ad creatives.
- Verify URLs, UTMs, and Pixel firing.
- Click Publish (when launching from this flow) or Save to keep in Library.
✅ Facebook assets are ready for launch and monitoring.
Watch ad approval notifications and early performance to catch issues quickly (policy, placement crop, tracking).
Method 4 — Use existing Creative Library assets (recommended for speed)
Steps

From your campaign setup, click Add Creative → Creative Library.

Use filters to find assets: Creative Name, Format (static/video/carousel/dynamic), Date Added.

Preview each creative to check:
- Placement appearance (Feed, Stories, Right Column, etc.)
- Mobile vs. desktop rendering
- Whether Headline, Primary Text, Description, CTA are pre-filled

Click Select to load into the ad configuration.

Edit Headline / Primary Text / Description / CTA if needed.

Preview again, then Save.
✅ A ready-to-launch creative is attached to your ad.
- Headline = Hook

How to create an Ad Group from the Creative Library
What is an Ad Group?
An Ad Group contains one or more ads. Each ad = Creative (image/video) + Headline + Primary Text + Description + CTA.
Steps
- Go to Creatives → Creative Library → Ad Group.
- Choose an existing Ad Group or Create New Ad Group.
- If creating new, select the creative(s) and enter the Titles/Headline, Primary Text, and Description as prompted.
- Save the Ad Group for use in launches.
✅ Your Ad Group is ready and reusable across campaigns.
How to start a launch from the Creative Library
Steps
- From Creative Library, attach your creative(s) or Ad Group to a launch.
- Proceed to BM & Ad Accounts.
How to enter Launch Settings (BM & Ad Accounts)
Steps

Enter a Launch Name.

- Page
- Pixel (optional)
- Website URL
- URL Tags (UTMs) (if applicable)

How to choose a Targeting Template
Steps
- Pick a preset: Sales Campaign, Leads Campaign, Traffic Campaign.
- Or click Skip and start with new to define targeting manually.
- Click Proceed.
✅ Targeting base is selected.
How to fill Targeting Details (manual)
Steps
- Campaign Bid Strategy (e.g., Lowest Cost Without Cap).
- Campaign Objective (e.g., Leads).
- Budget Type: Ad Set (ABO) or Campaign (CBO).
- Budget: Daily or Lifetime.
- (Optional) Ad Set Spending Limits or Special Ad Category.
- Adset Location (e.g., United States); include/exclude regions.
- Customize audience targeting as needed.
- Click Proceed.
✅ Targeting configuration saved.
How to Preview & Launch
Steps
- Review the Launch Preview summary: BM, Ad Accounts, Campaigns, Ad Sets, Media, Text, Headline, Description, Budget (CBO/ABO).
- (Optional) Toggle Schedule Launch to delay start time.
- Click Launch to go live.
✅ Your campaign is live with the configured creatives, targeting, and budget.
Pre-launch checklist
- Spelling/Grammar: No typos; copy is clear.
- Formatting: No text cut-offs; images sized/cropped correctly.
- Functionality: Links work; UTMs present; Pixel tracking active.
When a variant wins, save it back to the Creative Library (with tags) so you can relaunch or iterate quickly later.
