Reporting
The Reporting tab in FabFunnel gives you a detailed overview of campaigns, funnels, flows, and assets, with metrics tailored to product/workspace type (FabSearch, FabAds, PPC via Ringba). You can group, filter, export, and take bulk or single actions on data.
Tabs in Reporting
When you open Reporting, you’ll see tabs for different views:
- Funnel
- Flow
- Category
- Domain
- Country
- Keyword Set
- Keyword
- TikTok
Each tab groups reporting by the corresponding entity.
Use the date filter at the top to filter data by date range and timezone.

Product/Workspace Differences
Ringba (Pay Per Call)
- Includes call-specific metrics like call duration, qualified calls, and payout.
- ROI and Revenue columns show call revenue attribution.
Search Arbitrage
- Columns like Domain, Keyword Set, Keyword, and RPC are more prominent.
- Revenue per Click (RPC) and Earnings per Visitor (EPV) are crucial.
- Funnels (AFD, RSOC) are included in grouping.
Traffic Source Reporting
- Facebook/TikTok/Google reporting includes ad-specific metrics like Impressions, CTR, CPM, and Bid Strategy.
- Matches native traffic source reporting as closely as possible, but unified into FabFunnel’s format.
Filters & Grouping
- Use the funnel icon next to the search bar to open advanced filtering.
- Filters allow range conditions (e.g., ROI > 20%) or specific values.
- Grouping submenu lets you prioritize how data is aggregated (e.g., group by Domain first, then by Keyword Set).
Bulk Actions
- Checkboxes to the left of each row let you select multiple entries.
- Perform bulk actions such as:
- Pause/activate campaigns.
- Sync or refresh data.
- Delete entries (for domains, keywords).
Single-entry Actions
- Each row has an Action column (⋮).
- Available actions:
- Open detailed report in a new page.
- View campaign/adset/ad details.
- Take asset-specific actions (edit, sync, duplicate, launch).
Automations in Reporting
You can apply rules directly from Reporting:
- Select a campaign (or bulk select).
- Click Actions (⋮) → Add Rule.
- Choose rule type (Turn On/Off, Budget changes, Notify, etc.).
- Configure conditions (ROI < X, Spend > Y).
- Save rule → will apply automatically to the selected campaigns.
Use reporting rules for real-time optimization — e.g., pause underperforming campaigns automatically or scale budgets when ROI exceeds a threshold.
Sharing Reports
- Use the Download (CSV) button to export.
- Reports can be filtered/grouped before exporting for more focused insights.
- CSVs can be shared with teams or imported into BI tools.
Viewing All Campaigns in FabSearch
- Use the All Campaigns tab (below the date filter).
- This view ignores flow association and shows all campaigns together.
- Useful for high-level profitability checks across campaigns.
“All Campaigns” lets you compare flow-based and non-flow campaigns in one consolidated report.
