User Invitations

  1. Go to User Management → Members → Invite new members.

  1. Add the email of the individual you want to invite.

  1. Choose a role and add any required details.

  1. Confirm to send the invite.

The invited user will receive an email with a registration link.


How to create Teams?

  • Log into the app at app.fabfunnel.com.

  • To create a team: User Management → Teams → Create New Team.


Changing User Permissions

Roles can be changed under the User Management tab.
All authorizations and permissions are role-based.

User Roles & Permissions

Below is a summary of FabFunnel roles and what they can do.


Front Lead (FabSearch)

  • Manages front-level resources (traffic sources, categories).
  • Can create Teams under their front.
  • Views & manages reports for all team members under that front.

Agency Admin

  • Manages agency-level resources: creative assets, accounts, domains.
  • Reads unified logs (agency & user level).
  • Manages Facebook launches (create, duplicate targeting, view listings).
  • Creates & reads rules (agency, front, team levels).
  • Manages pixels and business manager in S2S.
  • Manages TikTok accounts (connect/disconnect profiles & ad accounts).
  • For TikTok: full launch management (create, drafts, targeting, view listings).

Admin

  • Reads user-level logs & asset logs.
  • Views creatives.
  • Manages assets at agency-level (accounts, domains, DNS, TLDs, keywords, categories).
  • Reads tracking URLs and sub-verticals.
  • Facebook Launch: limited access (view targeting, view launch listings).
  • Google Launch: view targeting, launch listings, drafts.
  • Rules: read-only access.
  • S2S: can manage pixels & business manager.
  • TikTok: can manually sync; has view access to targeting & listings.

Owner

  • Full platform control, including invites and deactivations.
  • Manages all agency assets (accounts, domains, DNS, creatives).
  • Views all platform-level data.
  • Facebook Launch: view targeting & listings.
  • Google Launch: view targeting & drafts.
  • Rules: can read/create templates.
  • S2S: manage pixels & business manager.
  • TikTok: manual sync; view access to targeting & listings.

Team Lead

  • Reads user logs & asset logs.
  • Manages & reads creative assets.
  • Reads team-level assets (accounts, domains, DNS, TLDs).
  • Manages FFC campaigns and articles.
  • Facebook Launch: manage targeting, create launches, duplicate targeting, view listings.
  • Google Launch: manage targeting, create launches, view listings.
  • Image generation + viewing included.
  • Rule engine: create & read team-specific rules.
  • S2S: manage pixels & business manager.
  • TikTok: manage ad accounts, profiles, identities, and launches.

Agency Owner

  • Reads agency logs (unified, asset).
  • Manages agency assets (creatives, accounts, domains, campaigns).
  • Facebook Launch: full management + duplicate targeting.
  • Google Launch: view-only for targeting, listings, drafts.
  • Image generation + viewing included.
  • Rules: create/read agency, front, and team rules.
  • S2S: manage pixels & business manager.
  • TikTok: full management of accounts, assets, profiles, launches.

Media Buyer

  • Reads user-level logs & asset logs.
  • Reads & manages creatives.
  • Manages FFCampaigns, articles, tracking URLs.
  • Facebook Launch: manage targeting, create launches, duplicate targeting.
  • Google Launch: manage targeting, create launches, view listings.
  • Image generation + viewing included.
  • Rules: create & read.
  • S2S: read-only (pixels & business manager).
  • TikTok: manage ad accounts, profiles, connections; manage targeting, launches, drafts.

User Deactivation & Movement

Deactivating a User (with flows)

  • Block user from running flows.
  • Keep their flow URLs active but reassign responsibility.
  • Update reports to show the new manager.
  • Redirect old links to new manager.
  • Reports show new manager for spend/revenue but preserve original creator.

Moving a User to Another Team

  • Update user’s team metadata.
  • Restrict access to old team flows/assets.
  • Reassign flows to someone in old team.
  • User gains rights in new team.
  • Apply fallback redirection/reporting logic.

If a Team Lead is Deactivated or Moved

  • Block TL account.
  • Assign a new Team Lead.
  • Reassign flows/campaigns.
  • Update reporting and redirect logic.

If a Workspace Admin is Deactivated or Moved

  • Block account.
  • Assign a new Workspace Admin.
  • Reassign workspace-wide assets.
  • Preserve audit logs & reporting history.

For All Cases

  • Always preserve campaign URLs.
  • Redirect campaigns if needed.
  • Update metadata & logs.
  • Show clear UI labels:
    • “Created by (Deactivated)”
    • “Managed by …”

Admin Checklist (for any user change)

  • Confirm new flow managers.
  • Archive or reassign inactive flows.
  • Decide on asset inheritance.
  • Update team/workspace metadata.
  • Preserve reporting history.
⚠️

Always confirm ownership reassignment for flows and campaigns before deactivating a user. This avoids reporting gaps and broken campaign links.
